Bisharo Yussuf, MA, LPCC
Clinical Director
Hello, my name is Bisharo Yussuf, and I am the Clinical Director at Blue Behavioral Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 15 years of experience working with children and their families in a variety of roles. I am passionate about supporting young people and helping them thrive both emotionally and academically.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Biology from The Ohio State University. After graduation, I discovered my passion for working with children and returned to school to earn a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
I am excited to be supporting your child and look forward to contributing to their growth and well-being.

Nicole Belinne, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Nicole received her Master's degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in May of 2003 and specialized in working with children diagnosed with autism. During her graduate studies, she supervised Bachelor's level Behavioral Technicians in the home, community and school settings.
After completing her degree requirements and receiving her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in July 2003, she worked with the Behavior Analysis Services Program through the University of South Florida. In this position, she provided behavioral support and training to Foster/Adoptive parents, biological parents, facility staff, administrators and youth.
In 2011 she accepted a position at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment at Florida Tech, supervising graduate students in pursuit of BCBA certification. In 2014 Nicole became an independent contractor, providing support to children on the Autism Spectrum via telehealth and continues to follow her passion to empower students and their families through the application of behavior analytic principles.

Fardosa Hassan
Co-Founder & Director, Blue Behavioral Therapy
Hello! I'm Fardosa Hassan, one of the co-founders and the Director at Blue Behavioral Therapy. We focus on providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges. Our goal is to help children build essential skills that make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.
I hold a Master's in Public Health and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis, and I'm currently working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). I work closely with parents, BCBAs, and other professionals to ensure that each child's ABA goals are met and that they make lasting progress.
With my background in public health and behavioral health, I take a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to therapy. I am deeply committed to supporting both children and families in achieving positive, lasting outcomes through collaboration and a results-driven approach.
Fayrus Duale
Clinical Coordinator
Fayrus Duale, our Clinical Coordinator. With five years of experience in the behavior analysis field, she has honed her expertise across various settings. Duale holds a master's degree in Healthcare Administration and Health Human Services from the University of Saint Mary's of Minnesota, with a specialized focus on long-term care.
Additionally, she possesses a graduate certificate in applied behavioral analysis from the University of Cincinnati.
Throughout her career, Duale has worked in residential settings, assisting adults with developmental disabilities in crisis management. She has also provided support to children aged two to seventeen with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, along with their caregivers, in school, clinic, and community settings within the Greater Twin Cities.
